• MicroSaaS platform for licensed brokers in our network
• Technology infrastructure for policy administration and claims processing

2.2 What We Are NOT

We are NOT:

• An insurance broker or intermediary
• An insurance company or underwriter
• A party to any insurance contracts
• Responsible for underwriting, policy issuance, or claims settlement

3. Eligibility

Our services are intended for:

• Banks and financial institutions seeking loan protection insurance solutions
• Cooperative societies and credit unions
• Licensed insurance brokers registered with IRDAI
• Authorized representatives of the above entities

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your institution.

4. User Accounts and Access

4.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of our platforms, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your information as needed
• Keep your login credentials confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

5. Quote Requests and Broker Matching

5.1 Quote Process

When you submit a quote request through our platform:

• Your information will be shared with licensed insurance brokers in our network
• Brokers may contact you directly to discuss insurance solutions
• You are under no obligation to proceed with any broker or policy
• Final insurance arrangements are between you and the selected broker

5.2 No Guarantee

We do not guarantee:

• Availability of insurance coverage for all requests
• Specific pricing or terms from brokers
• Acceptance of applications by insurance companies
• Response time from brokers in our network

6. Broker Network

The insurance brokers in our network are:

• Independent licensed professionals registered with IRDAI
• Not employees or agents of SAS InsureTech Solutions
• Solely responsible for their professional conduct and advice
• Subject to their own terms and conditions

We are not liable for the actions, advice, or services provided by brokers in our network.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Property

All content, features, and functionality of our platforms, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, and design, are the exclusive property of SAS InsureTech Solutions and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our services for your business purposes. You may not:

• Modify, copy, or distribute our content without permission
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use our platforms for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices

8. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SAS InsureTech Solutions and its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from insurance policies, claims, or broker services
• Actions or omissions of brokers in our network
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
• Statements or conduct of third parties

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹10,000, whichever is less.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SAS InsureTech Solutions and its affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of our services
• Your violation of any laws or regulations
• Your violation of any third-party rights

12. Data Protection and Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Fees and Payment

In the event of any dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to seek an amicable resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree to submit to binding arbitration in Belagavi, Karnataka, in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and SAS InsureTech Solutions regarding the use of our services.
